Exchange Policy

f you need a size change, you can request an exchange by contacting us via WhatsApp at 03322245551 or emailing Rosesshirts@gmail.com within three days of receiving your order.

For a product exchange, reach out to us within the same timeframe. If the replacement item has a different price, the cost difference will be applied.

A Rs. 280 delivery fee will be charged for exchanges, and our courier will pick up the returned item.

The entire exchange process may take up to 15 days, with exceptions communicated as needed.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, notify us through WhatsApp at 03322245551 or email at Rosesshirts@gmail.com within three days of receiving your product. After approval, you will need to courier the item back to our designated address in Karachi. Once our Quality Control team verifies the product is unused and in its original condition, we will process a refund to your bank account.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
